Ship the device, charging cable and guide. The original box is best, but it isn’t required.
Get your refund.
Once your return arrives, we refund your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 7 business days to show it.

Return shipping
You cover return shipping. We recommend a tracked service, since we can’t refund a package we never receive.
Knee sleeves
Unopened sleeves can be returned. Opened sleeves are final sale for hygiene reasons. If you keep opened sleeves from a bundle, we deduct the price shown for them at checkout.
Damaged or not working?
That isn’t a trial return. Your device is covered by our 1-Year Limited Warranty, and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we’ll refund instead.
